Limitless hot water ensures everyone can comfortably clean up after a full day on the trails without coordinating shower schedules.

At the center of the home is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen designed for gathering, cooking, and sharing meals. Full-size appliances, generous preparation space, a dishwasher, cookware, and dining essentials make it easy to serve the entire group. A full laundry area with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays and trail-focused trips.

Outside, guests can unwind on the private patio with upscale outdoor furniture, gather around the propane fire pit, or prepare dinner on the propane grill. Outdoor showers offer another convenient way to clean up after riding.

A dedicated machine-wash area is available for guest use, so off-road machines can be cleaned at the property after a day on the trails. The paved parking area accommodates up to three trucks with trailers, making arrival, unloading, and parking easier for riding groups.
